Dr. Joanne graduated with Bachelors of Medicine, Bachelors of Surgery (MBBS) from the International Medical University (IMU) under the full endorsement and scholarship from Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA).

After graduation, she underwent her housemanship training in Hospital Selayang, Selangor. She was an exemplary House Officer who gained the trust and confidence of her superiors and consultants through her hard work, tenacity and positive attitude. She then continued to serve as a medical officer in the Anesthesiology Department and Dermatology department in the same hospital.

She picked up and refined her skills in handling needles and fine detailed work during her time as a Medical Officer in the Anaesthesiology Department. She then moved onto the Dermatology Department and developed important knowledge when it comes to anything skin related. She has learnt what is the best treatment when it comes to the needs and care for your skin.

She has always had an affinity towards beauty and fashion, combined with her intelligence and background in medical sciences, it was natural for her to follow the path of aesthetic medicine and excel in it. Dr Joanne is also someone who welcomes challenges and is always keen to update herself with the latest evidence based medical sciences when it comes to treatment for clients under her care.

Dr. Joanne believes in giving the best care and treatments to her clients. Her friendliness, and warm-hearted personality is sure to make you feel at ease during consultations and treatments with her.
